Harum Sari Perkasa was established by deed and is an expansion of the business of the Harum Sari family company which has been established since 1977.
We are the producer of the rice flour and sticky rice flour in Indonesia to apply the Wet Milling process in its production process. The Wet Milling Machine was installed in 2005 and started operating at the beginning of the second quarter of 2006 with an industrial business license with a capacity of 22,000 tons per year. In mid 2013, we increased our production capacity by adding a new line with an additional capacity of 30,000 tons per year, bringing our total installed capacity to 52,000 Metric Tons/year. The addition of this line was carried out to meet the ever-growing demand for our product.
Located in the Subang area, West Java, our factory operates on an area of 30,000 m2 with a building area of approximately 10,000 m2. The machines we use are the newest in the industry and are imported from a machine factory in Thailand that supplies similar machines to the top five rice flour mills in Thailand. The technology we use is also in accordance with existing needs. Safety control mechanism in production and operations, as well as strict quality control are our main priorities to ensure the best for our consumers.

At the end of the pandemic (late 2022) we rejuvenated our machines using Japanese technology, we also updated our packing and production machines by carrying out autonomy. We formed a new RnD team to carry out research to improve the quality of our products as well as to create new products such as premix flour.
