Ingredients
Filling Ingredients:
- 350 grams Green Beans
- 100 grams Sugar
- 38 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2.5 grams Salt
Leather Material:
- 150 grams Glutinous Rice Flour
- 10 grams Rice Flour
- 30 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 120 ml Warm Water
- Sesame to taste
- Sufficient Oil

The Steps
1. Make the dough for the filling first
How to make the filling:
- Boil 600 ml of water, then add the peeled green beans.
- Simmer the green beans for 5 minutes over medium heat, then cover the pan and turn off the stove.
- Let the green beans sit for 30 minutes (don't open the lid).
- After that, puree the green beans using a blender.
- Transfer the green bean puree to Teflon, add sugar and thicken.
- Heat the mixture over low heat until it becomes a dense pasta dough.
- Cool the dough, then divide the dough according to taste and round it.
2. Then make the dough for the onde skin
How to make skin dough:
- Mix sticky rice flour, rice flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Stir until evenly mixed.
- Add warm water little by little while kneading.
- Knead the dough until it is smooth (the texture is dense and pliable, but not sticky)
3. Divide the skin mixture according to taste, then round it out and flatten it.4. Add the green bean filling, and round again until it forms a perfect circle.5. Roll the mixture into a bowl filled with sesame seeds, until the entire surface is covered with sesame seeds.6. Pour enough oil into the frying pan to cover the mixture.7. Turn on the lowest heat on the stove, add the mixture one by one (not too much)8. Let the oil heat until the onde-onde starts to fry.9. Turn the onde-onde occasionally until it expands.10. After expanding, increase the heat to medium heat.11. Fry the onde-onde until golden brown.12. Lift and drainNOTE:
- Make sure the onde-onde mixture is submerged in oil during the frying process.
