Ingredients for Cendol:
- 70 grams Rice Flour
- 30 grams Hunkwe Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 600 ml Water
Ingredients for Sauce:
- 150 ml Liquid Palm Sugar
- 500 ml Coconut Milk
The Steps
- Mix all the cendol ingredients, stir well then heat until boiling and shiny, remove from heat
- Print the cendol dough into the ice water, then set aside
- Prepare the gravy ingredients, mix and stir well
- Prepare a serving glass, add ice cubes and shaved ice
- Cendol Ice is ready to be served
