Nagasari Cake

Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 100 grams Rice Flour
  • 50 grams Tapioca Flour
  • 20 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 grams Garam
  • 500 ml Coconut Milk (Medium Thickness)
  • Banana Leaves to taste
  • Banana to taste

Equipment:
  • Scales
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Whisk
  • Square Baking Pan
  • Filter
  • Steamer
  • Stove

The Steps

  1. Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, salt and coconut milk in a container.
  2. Stir until all the mixture is dissolved.
  3. Cook until the mixture thickens and is easy to knead.
  4. Dry the banana leaves by heating them on the stove and clean them.
  5. Mold the dough by adding banana pieces on the inside.
  6. Steam the mixture for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
