Ingredients:
- 125 grams Rice Flour
- 10 grams Tapioca Flour
- 1 grams Garlic powder
- 0.5 grams Salt
- 1 grams Flavoring
- 0.5 grams Pepper Powder
- 240 ml Retail Coconut Milk
- To taste Orange Leaves
- Peanuts to taste
- Sufficient cooking oil
Equipment:
- Scales
- Mixing Bowls
- Whisk
- Stove
- Frying pan
The Steps
- Mix all the ingredients, and stir until evenly mixed until completely dissolved.
- Heat the oil.
- Take 1 ladle of batter, pour it onto the edge of the frying pan.
- Flush the mixture until it releases by itself.
- Fry peanut brittle until brownish yellow.
NOTE:
- Make sure the frying pan is really hot and non-stick
