Ingredients I :
- 100 grams Rice Flour
- 25 grams Tapioca Flour
- 1 grams Salt
- 150 ml Coconut Milk (Medium Thickness)
- Food coloring to taste
Ingredients (Gravy) :
- 100 grams Brown Sugar
- 50 grams Granulated sugar
- 1 grams Salt
- 500 ml Thin Coconut Milk
- Sufficient Pandan Leaves
Equipment:

- Mixing Bowls
- Whisk
- Square Baking Pan
- Filter
- Steamer
- Stove
The Steps
- Mix rice flour, salt and coconut milk.
- Simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Turn off the stove, add tapioca flour and knead until smooth.
- Divide the dough, and add food coloring to taste
- Print according to taste, and steam for 25 minutes over medium low heat (the steamer is already heated).
- For the sauce, mix all Ingredients II and bring to a boil.
Notes:
- Make sure the steamer is really hot, and cover the steamer with a cloth
- Make sure the cake is completely cool before removing it
